This document spells out the terms and conditions for
submission of entries for the Microsoft-MOE Professional Development Award.

All entries submitted for the MMPDA are non-returnable.
Entries submitted for the MMPDA must be original and have not been submitted for or used in any previous or concurrent competitions or award programmes.-
The MMPDA organisers shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of entries suffered by the Nominee or any other persons in any form or manner. The Nominee indemnifies the MMPDA organisers of any claims for damages brought by a third party against the Nominee for breach of copyright or related misuse and misappropriation of the submitted entry.

The judges’ decisions will be final. There is no appeal process.
By submitting entries for the MMPDA, the Nominees unconditionally allow the MMPDA organisers exclusive rights to the use and publication of their entries on Microsoft and MMPDA website, the Ministry of Education (MOE) Intranet and MOE Internet websites and any associated MMPDA, Microsoft and MOE publicity materials.
The MMPDA winners shall unconditionally agree to:

attend and compete at the Worldwide Innovative Teachers’ Forum or Asia Pacific Innovative Teachers' Conference |
| b) |
participate in any other study trips/visits designated by MOE to showcase their winning entries |
| c) |
share their winning entries and lesson ideas/plans with MOE and other educators and at the events mentioned in 6(a) and 6(b). |
